This site has two forms: the booking request and the contact form.

The booking request asks for your name and your email. Your phone number, your country and a message are optional. It also asks about the trip: the kind of trip, the waters, your dates, how many of you will fish, your fly fishing experience, where you are staying, and whether you want rental gear, photos or a drone clip. If you ask for waders or boots, it asks for your size.

The contact form asks for your name, your email and your question, and, if you like, which water or trip it is about.

I ask for these to answer you and to plan the days you ask about.

Nothing. This website has no database and no accounts, and it keeps nothing you type.It sets no cookies of its own. The only cookies are those of Google Analytics (see “Counting visits” below). The fonts and the photos are served from this site, not from another company. No payment is taken here, so no form asks for card details.

I host this website myself. A web server keeps a technical log of visits, which includes IP addresses.

I use Google Analytics to see which pages are read and which buttons are used, so I can make this site more useful.

Google records the pages you view, the buttons you use, your rough location and the kind of device you are on, and it sets cookies to tell one visit from another. When you send a booking request, it records that one was sent, by email or by WhatsApp, for which kind of trip, which waters and how many anglers. Its advertising features are switched off here.

What you type in the forms is never sent to it: not your name, your email, your phone number, your dates or your message.

To stop it, block cookies for this site or use your browser's tracking protection.

The forms send nothing from this website. They write your request out as a message. “Send by email” opens your own email app with that message, addressed to guide@montenegrofishing.com. “Send on WhatsApp” opens WhatsApp with the same text. You press Send there yourself.

So your message travels with your email provider or with WhatsApp, and it reaches my inbox or my phone. I do not keep requests longer than needed, and I delete them on request.
